We’ve oversubscribed our Angel Funding round
With participation from Atlanta Tech Angels and Kenzie Lane Innovation, we continue our journey to developing the ultimate hyper-weight sensors for waste, scrap, and other industrial applications.
A look back at the previous year
As we reach a major milestone, it’s fun to look back at the previous year.
We’ve gone from prototype to several paying pilot customers. Designed, fabricated, and brought up custom electronics. Manufactured, refined, and assembled dozens of BinBars. Collected several hundred-thousand weight points from a fleet of BinBars. Deployed dozens of firmware and dashboard updates. Met (and got feedback from) hundreds of waste and scrap industry professionals at Waste Expo in Las Vegas.
It’s difficult to overstate the cross-engineering, industry, and business efforts that have gone into making such a seemingly-simple product.
It is an honor to have investors and customers believe in our progress so far and come along for the ride.
A look at the coming year
Without getting into too many details (we like to keep aspects of our roadmap a surprise), the big three guiding principles for this coming year are iteration, usability, and growth.
The most exciting part of pilot customers is customer feedback, and there is plenty.
We’re hiring, and we have lots of work to do. If you want to work with us, please keep an eye on the careers section of our website. We can always use more help.
